Nesma & Partners Strengthens Family Connections Through “Bring Your Child to Work”
For the fourth consecutive year, Nesma & Partners proudly hosted its annual Bring Your Child to Work initiative, bringing together 33 children and their families for a memorable day of learning, exploration, and shared experiences.
Held at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) this year, the event reflected the company's ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace culture that values family, wellbeing, and meaningful connections beyond the office.
Throughout the day, young participants embarked on an inspiring journey of discovery through Ithra's Children's Museum, interactive exhibits, and a hands-on STEM workshop, Let's Engineer a Helicopter, where they explored the principles of engineering through creativity and teamwork. The experience also included a visit to the Ithra Library, encouraging curiosity and a lifelong appreciation for learning.
More than a family event, the initiative extends Nesma & Partners' people-first culture, creating opportunities for employees and their families to connect, learn, and create lasting memories together. As the program enters its fourth successful year, it continues to strengthen the bonds between work and family life while inspiring the next generation to explore, innovate, and dream big.
