Nesma & Partners Awarded Main Utilities and Infrastructure Works Package for Expo 2030 Riyadh
Nesma & Partners has been awarded the Main Utilities and Infrastructure Works package for Expo 2030 Riyadh, marking a significant milestone in the company’s role in delivering one of the world’s most ambitious global mega-events. The award highlights Nesma & Partners’ capability to execute complex civil and infrastructure projects and positions the company as a key enabler in the project’s transition from early preparation to large-scale construction.
The scope of work represents a critical enabling phase in the development of Expo 2030 Riyadh. Nesma & Partners will deliver approximately 50 kilometers of integrated infrastructure networks, including internal road systems and essential utilities such as water, sewage, electrical and communication systems, and electric vehicle charging stations. Together, these civil and utilities works will form the backbone of the site, preparing it for subsequent construction stages while supporting operational requirements and enabling the delivery of the Expo’s experience-defining structures.

The contract has been awarded ahead of schedule to accelerate the delivery timeline as part of a phased approach that will see construction across infrastructure, buildings, and public spaces advance steadily through 2026 and into early 2027.”
